Rob Smit

Technical Manager

Rob has over 30 years of experience in the plastics industry. Before moving to NP Plastics, he spent 7 years with Phillips Medisize in Hillegom in the role of production manager. Prior to his years with Phillips Medisize, he served in various other positions within the plastics industry, through which he has gained a broad technical expertise and deep knowledge of plastic. He also has extensive experience with multi-component injection molding. Rob joined NP Plastics in January 2020.

Caroline Duiker

Finance and HR

Caroline has served since 2020 at NP Plastics as Finance and HR manager.
Previously, she worked for over 18 years at Heembouw.
Caroline has a background in practical bookkeeping and holds a Modern Business Administration MBA diploma.

Peter de Jong

Sales / Purchasing

Peter joined NP Plastics in 2019. He is a highly experienced, well-honed all-rounder who started his career as an IT system manager. He also worked for some years at DHL, where he gained experience in the administrative and logistics field.
