Injection moulding: a regular artMaking plastic products is all about injection moulding. The injection moulding process is based on plastic granules. These granules are melted and injected in a metal mould. The mould, especially designed for the particular product, defines the final form in detail.
Hundredths of a millimeterPreparation is most important in producing injection moulding products. Designing the mould is a precision job. Forms and specifications are created by extremely accurate cutouts, up to hundredths of millimeters. In our 50 years of practice, we have gained a lot of specialized knowledge. Consulted by our client, we will be involved with the design and development of a new product from the very start .
